Accepting these Terms
By registering for and using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with AttentionWorthy Inc. You indicate your agreement to these Terms by clicking "Sign Up" or using the Service. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not use the Service.
Description of Service
Newsworthy.ai provides a platform that allows users to create, post, distribute, and promote content like press releases, articles, videos, etc. ("User Content"). AttentionWorthy Inc. provides hosting services without ownership or control over any User Content. Curated News is supplied as a convenience to visitors. Visitors should not rely on Curated content provided by NewsRamp to make decisions about the news's validity or financial decisions. Instead, Newsramp provides a link to the original documents used to derive the curated content. Visitors are encouraged to follow those links in their decision-making processes.
Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the User Content you upload, post, distribute, or otherwise make available on the Service. You represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to submit the User Content and grant the licenses specified below.
- Your User Content does not violate any law, regulation, or third party rights.
- Your User Content is free of viruses, adware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AttentionWorthy Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, suits, actions, or other legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with your User Content or violation of these Terms.
Rights we have over User Content.
We need specific licenses from you to provide the Service and enable features like sharing content publicly or with other users. When you post User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content on the Service solely to operate and improve the Service.
Removal of Content
We reserve the right to remove or modify User Content that we determine violates these Terms or is inappropriate. We are not obligated to store or maintain your User Content.

These Terms shall be governed by the State of Texas, United States laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in Boerne, Texas's state and federal courts.
